NATIONAL BA~1K OF CHICAGO, national association and assigns, 11lortgagee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE
MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and NO/100s (3,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as
thacein mentioned; and

Statement filed on September 3, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State of Florida,
under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON LSLAND LI:NITED PARTP+EItSiiIP has
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage:
