BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FOREST BECKETT, who after being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is the president of B. F. PROPERTIES, INC., a

corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida and
doing business under the ficticioufname of "BAY COLONY OF STUART".
2. B. F. PROPERTIES, INC. owns 100$ of said business.
3. That he has caused to be advertised once a week for four
consecutive weeks, in the Fort Pierce News Tribune notice of his
intention to register the above fictitious name with the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Proof of publica-
tion of such notice by the publisher of the Nevis Tribune is
attached hereto and by reference made apart hereof.
4. That this affidavit is made pursuant to Section 865.09 of

the Florida Statutes; and further affiant sayeth not. ~
