CAMPBELL, Husband, and LINDA BERGENROTH CAMPBELL, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come for trial the ~ day of April, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court havln,given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanllor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: that the Husband did not intend that the real property in dispute be conveyed in the joint names of the parties and that he had no intention of making a gift to the wife; this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relatiom of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is ir- - retrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i f 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between RICHARD E. CAMPBELL ~ Husband, and LINDA BERGENROTH CAMPBELL, Wife, be and the same is i hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever F ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and ~ from the obligations arising therefrom. " 2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the L•]ife's naive prior to v the marriage of LINDA BERGENROTH be restored to her and she henceforth be known by the name of LINDA BERGENROTH. 3. PROPERTY. That each of the parties is entitled to their own personal property. That the wife is to execute a Quit-Claim Deed to the property described as: Lot 4, Block 36, RIVER PARK, Unit 4, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida within ten (10) days of the date hereof. 9 k s0~~3U7 ~~29?0 s - ~
