The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of the
Mortgagor and their successors.
All notices and other communications to the Mortgagor shall
be mailed by first class registered or certified mail return
receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to David J. Catalano
and Melinda S. Catalano, 3200 North AlA, Unit 804, Fort Pierce,
Florida, ?3450, or such other address as may have been last
furnished by the Mortgagor in writing to the Mortgagee. Any
notice of default must specify with particularity the default
claimed by the Mortgagee.
All notices and other communications to the Mortgagee
shall be mailed by first class registered or certified mail, return
receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Mr. and Mrs.
D. R. Lindauer ~9 Fishermans Wharf, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,or
such other address as may have been last furnished by the Mortgagee
in writing to the Mortgagor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, David J. Catalano and
Melinda S. Catalano, his wife, have executeu this Mortgage Deed
on the day and year first above written.
