MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this 1st day of February, 1978 by Joseph F. Corso and
Mae A. Corso, hereinafter called the Mortgagor and Florida Bank at Fort Pierce,
a banking corporation existin~ under the laws of the State of Florida, herein-
after called the Mortgagee, for in consideration of the Sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration or the promises

and covenants contained herein, and,
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 1st day of February 1973 , execute and
give to the Mortgagee a certain promissory note and thereby promise to pay to -
the Mortgagee $47,000.00 with interest at the rate of 7.0096 per annum, due and
payable in sixty (60) monthly instalments as follows:
59 monthly payments of $422.50 each including 796 interest,
beginning March 1, 1973, with a balloon balance of $36,564.13
due on February 1, 1978.
and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 1st day of February 1973, to secure the
payment of the aforesaid promissory note, execute and deliver unto the Mortgagee 5
a Mortgage Deed on certain lands situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:
Tract 1.
The N. 40 feet of Lot 18, Block 10, of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION
according to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page
24, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the West 7 feet thereof heretofore conveyed to
the State of Florida for road right of way purposes; but together
with all the right, title and interest og mortgagors in and to~that
part of the W~ of the Alley delineated upon plat of said PINEWOOD
SUBDIVISION which would be bound on the North and South respectively
by a projection of the North and South lines of the first above
described parcel of land.
~ Tract 2.
{ Lot 17, Block 10, of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION as per plat. thereof on 4
i file in Plat Book 5 at page 24 of the public records of St. Lucie
~ County, filorida.

Also, beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 17, run thence
East along an extension of the North line of said lot a distance of
~ 10 feet to the center of the alley delineate upon the plat of said
PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION; thence run South along the Center line of said
g alley a distance of~67.3 feet to a point on the extension easterly
of the South line of said lot; thence yun West 10 feet to the South-
east corner of said lot; thence run North to point of beginning.
3 LESS AND EXCEPT tje West 7 feet of Lot 17, Block 10, which was pre-
viously conveyed as a road right of way as shown in Deed recorded in
Deed Book 174, page 333, of the public records of St. Lucie County,Florida.
which Mortgage Deed was recorded on the 1st day of February ,1973, in the Public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida at O.R. Book 210, Pages 1936, 1937 and

WHEREAS, THE PARTY DESIRES TO MAKE CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES in the
payment of said promissor•,~ note and in the mortgage securing the payment of said
