NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by the party hereto that the promissory
note from mortgagor to mortgagee, secured by mortgage dated February 1, 1973,
and•recorded in in O.R. Book 210, Pages 1936, 193? and 1938 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida is modified as follows:
(1)As of February 1, 1978 there is an unpaid principal balance of X36,564.13.
The regular monthly payment of 2422.50 including 79f. interestdue on 2-1-78
will be made, leaving a principal balance of 336,354.92; :This balloon
balance of =36,354.92 is hereby axtended to become due and payable as
follows: payable in monthly payments of X422.50 each, including 7%
interest, beginning March 1, 1978 and a like amount on the 1st-day
of each month thereafter until paid in full. .
(2)Interest at the rate of 7% will be paid monthly and will be included
in the monthly payments as sescribed above.
(3)Except as herein expressly amended, modified and changed, the terms
of said note-are hereby ratified , approved and confirmed.
