Note understand that should the holder seek foreclosure of the
Mortgage securing this Purchase Money Mortgage Note they shall be
entitled to seek and obtain a deficiency judgment if necessary.
7. Notwithstanding the existence of the First Note and the
First t•lortgage, as both modified or to be modified, and notwith-
standing whether the principal indebtedness under said First Note and
First Mortgage it or will be credited on account of the sum owing
under this Purchase Money Mortgage Note, it is agreed that the maker
hereon (including without limitation all present and future partners
in and of the maker of the Purchase Money Mortgage Note) has not
and will not become liable for, and does not and will not directly,
indirectly, expressly, or impliedly, primarily and secondarily,
or otherwise, become liable for, or assume, any indebtedness for or
under the said First 2ortgage, as both modified or to be modified,
or any obligation in connection with any of said instruments by
way of indemnity or otherwise, to the payee or holder of thie
Purchase Money Mortgage Note or the payee or holder of the First
Note or any party named in the First Mortgage or the holder or
beneficiary of either the mortgage securing this Purchase Money
Mortgage dote or of the First Mortgage, or to anyone else, for
principal, interest, or any other sums payable or to become payable
under, or by reason of, either of said mortgages or this Purchase
~~loney Mortgage Mote or the First and Second Note or any obligations
or undertakings in connection with any of said instruments.

GROUP,INC., a Florida Corporation has executed this Purchase
Money Mortgage Note the day and year first written above.
