As a covenant running with the land, it is agreed ,
tyat t'~e grantee herein, and i~s assi;as, shall be bound by
the following restrictive covenants:
1. That no home constructed on the above-
described property shall have less than
1,200 square feet of living area (exclu-
sive of screened proches and garages).
2. Any home constructed on the above-described
property must have an enclosed garage and
a concrete driveway to the garage (no asphalt
driveways permitted)..
3. Any home constructed on the above property ~
must have at least 30`~ of the exterior front
vertical surface consisting of natural wood,
natural rock or real brick.
