appeared SANDRA B. KNIGHT, to me well known, and who being duly sworn

AMERICAN BELTEX, INC., a New York corporation, to NURLEY ROUNTREE, and
the Purchase Money Mortgage from HURLEY ROUNTREE to AMERICAN BELTEX,
INC., on the following described real property, to-wit:
The NW 4 of the NW4, of Section 12, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
LESS the South 143 feet of the West 480 feet thereof.
THAT the Warranty Deed and Purchase Money Mortgage describing
the above-captioned real property has a scrivener's error in the legal
' description, in that it should have read as follows:
