FINAL~ JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 2nd day of May, 1979. and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ttusband and k*ife now exists bet~reen ~he parties; - and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIACE. The marriage between FRANK L: FULLER and LUCILLE FULLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, ' and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ' the obligati~ns arising therefrom. E E 2. CUSTODY. Custody of FRANKIE FULLER, DELORES D. FULLER € i and MICHAEL A. FULLER, minor chil~ren of the parties is hereby ~ awarded to LUCILLE FULLER with reasonable visitation ri~hts . ~ ~ reserved ta €R~i~K L. ~ULLER. During the summer vacation the 3 ; husband, FRANK L. FULLER, shall have the right to have the ~ children live with him for a period of sixty (60) consecutive a ~ ~ days, providing arrangeme*tts are made ~~ith the wife in advance, a ~ including payment by the liusband to the wife of any travel ~ e~penses occasioned by the visitation. 3 3. HEALTH INSURANCE.
