The paternal grandparents shall also have the right.to visit with the minor child and have the minor child visit with them in their home on alternate major holidays. Said major holidays being Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. During such times as the paternal grandparents sha11 . t visit with said minor child, the Father of the child, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, shall have the right to visit with his child, pro- vided that at least one of the paternal grandparents are present during visitation by the Father, and the parties do agree to the Court entering a mutual restraining order against the parties. _ , 3. The Mother, the Father, and the Paternal Grandparents ~ ~~z~' • . shall keep one another advised of their respective telephone numbers, mailing addresses and street addresses in order to faciliate the visitation rights set forth in this agreement. 4. That the Mother, MARY ELLEN GAETZ, and the Father, . BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, shaZl each be responsible for and pay one- half (1/2) of all medical, dental and orthodontical expenses rea- , i sonably incurred after they have mutually discussed and agreed upon ~ ` reasonable necessary medical,.dental and/or orthodontical treatment, ~ j or for such treatment which was rendered in an emergency situation. ~ ~ The Mother and Father further agree that they have agreed to each f pay one-half (•1/2) of the necessary medical expenses in having ~ ~ ~ a circumcision operation performed upon said minor child, and the ~ i ~ Mother and Father do agree that each shall pay one-half (1/2) of the ~ . ~ expenses therefor. ~ ~ ~ ~ 5. The Father, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, did agree to the ~ ~ Court entering an Order previously ordering him to pay the sum of ~ ~ Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per week as child support and the Father ~ does agree for this Court to adopt provisions of said Order into the • - ~ ~ Order rendered by the Court confirming this Stipulation. ~ ~ ' 6.
