ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the oral stipulation and agreement entered
into hefore the Court on April 18, 1979, and as reduced to
writing and signed by the parties and filed with this Court,
be, and is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified
and said stipulation and agreement, be, and is hereby ordered
incorporated into, and made a part of this Order, and the
Father_ BENJI~MIN FRANKLIN LUKE, and the Mother, MARY ELLEN
GAETZ, be, and they are both hereby ordered to fully comply
and obey each and every provision thereof.
2. That the Mother, MARY ELLEN GAETZ, and the
Father, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, be, and are hereby ordered
enjoined and restrained from molesting, harassing, assaulting,
~ abusing or otherwise bothering one another, and the Father,
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, and the Mother, MARY ELLEN GAETZ,
be, and are hereby further ordered enjoined and restrained
from harassing.one another, by telephone calls and said
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE and MARY ELLEN GAETZ, be, and are
; hereby further enjoined and restrained from going to the -

resi~ience of one another except as set forth in this Order.
