STANLEY BORIS, be and ar~ '-:ereby ordered awarded the right to visit with the minor child, DEREK ALAN LUKE, from Friday at 5:00 P.M. to Sunday at 7:00 P.M. beginning on the weekend of April 27, 19.79, and on every other weekend ther'eafter and the mother, MARY ELLEN , GAETZ, be, and is hereby ordered to deliver said minor child to the residence of the paternal grandparents and to retrieve said child from their residence at such times as set forth hereinabove. The paternal grandparents, be, ~nd ~re hereby further ataarded the . ~ right to visit with said minor child or to have said minor child visit with them in their home or elsewhere on alternate major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christtnas and Easter, and the mother, MARY ELLEN GAETZ, be, and~is hereby ordered to comply with the provisions of this Order in order to insure visitation rights of the paternal grandparents. It be, and it is hereby further ordered that BEI~JA.MIN FRANKLIN LUKE, the father, shall have the right to visit with said minor child at such times as the paternal grand- parents shall have the child in their custody for visitation pur- k poses and only during such times as at least one of the paternal ! • ~ ~ grandparents is present.
