BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LUKE, be, and is hereby further ordered to pay the sum bf Two Dollars ($2.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk and the father, be, and is hereby further ordered to make all such payments in cash, money orders or cashier's check and both the father and the mother, be, and are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised at~all times of their current mailing and residence addresses and telephone numbers.
