The undersigned counsel for the parties hereto hereby.
agree and stipulate as follows: .
1. That the hearing presently scheduled in the above-
styled cause for May 2, 1979 shall be continued, to be re-set
by this Court for the next non-jury trial docket, inasmuch
as counsel for the Wife is in a previously-scheduled Circuit '
Court criminal trial. .
2. That a temporary Order sha11 be entered granting ,
the Husband visitation with the minor child of the parties
every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., said visitation
to be exerciGed on the above-specified day and times until
further Order of this Court. ,
