that the Husband ceased making child support payments in ~

. September 1977 and that an application for contempt was filed 4
~ bv the Wife on the 22nd day of December, 1978 for a hearin~ on ~
such contempt on January 17, 1979, and that in anticipation of
, ~
Che hearing on contempt, the Wife's attorney noticed the Husband '
for various discovery procedures and that the Husband paid the
~ delinquency on January 15, 1979 in the amount of $7,500.00; '

; that the Wife is a resident is the county of South Africa and ~
; that she came from South Africa to the United States in anticipa-'
;
~ tion of presenting testimony at the contempt hearing as ~
i scheduled and that the Wife is entitled to being reimbursed her ~

~ costs for travel and lodging and that a reasonable sum for such i
~ ~
~ expenses is $1,708.70; that the Wife's attorneys provided valuabl~
~ ~
~ services for her benefit and that the Husband should be respon-
i
~ sible for such fees and that a reasonable fee to the Wife's `
~

~ attorneys would be $900.00, and the Court being otherwise fully 1
~ advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband pay to the Wife in ~
~ care of the Wife's attorney, CH~RLES A. SULLIVAN, the sum of
~ $1,708.70 reoresenting reimbursement for travel and lodging ~
' within thirty (30) days from date hereof and that the Husband
