The Counter-Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Counts II, III, IV and V is granted, with the CounteT-Claimants being granted leave ~ to amend as set out_hereafter. 3. The Counter-Defendant's Motion for More Definite State- ment is granted. ; 4. The Defendant's Motion to Strike the Plain`tiff's claim ~ for attorney's fees and punitive damages in Counts I, III and IV i is granted, with the Plaintiff being granted leave to amend, as set i ; . out hereafter. ~ 5. The Defendant's Motion to Strike Paragraph C of Count I ; ~ is denied. . ~ ~ ~ 6. The Defendant's GUTERLS Motion for Protective Order are ~ ~ granted to the extent that no ~~~r,ds are required to be furnished ~ ~ . . ~ prior to May 1, 1977, and ifts in excess of $100.00 per gift are ~ ~ ~ required to be reported.
