THIS MATTER coming on the various Motions of all parties,
it is; •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
l. The Counter-Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Count I of ~
the Counter-Claim is denied.
2. The Counter-Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Counts II, III,
IV and V is granted, with the CounteT-Claimants being granted leave ~
to amend as set out_hereafter.
3. The Counter-Defendant's Motion for More Definite State-
ment is granted.
; 4. The Defendant's Motion to Strike the Plain`tiff's claim
~ for attorney's fees and punitive damages in Counts I, III and IV

is granted, with the Plaintiff being granted leave to amend, as set

out hereafter.

Plaintiffs shall have 5 days from receipt of the Defendant's pleadings
