If this lien is not paid within 10 days after tk~e sale called
for in this order then the landlord is to have immediate right
of ~-entry and possession of the premises without further

the right of execution on it's judgment without further Order
of Court if said sum is not paid. If the payment of the said

sum due landlord is timely made, then said lease shall be re-
instated as to Ray's Inn, Inc., and RAYMOND PARKS. •
