Statutes. •
5. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of
this action and sha11 be reimbuxsed for them by the Clerk if
Plaintiffs are not the purchasers of the property at the sale.
If Flaintiffs, RAY'S INN INC., ORVILLE R. PARKS and LOUISE T. .
PARKS, his wife, or Crossclaimant, ST. LUCIE PLAZA, are the
purchasers, the Clerk shall credit the parties bid with the
total sum due the bidder plus interest or costs advanced by
the parties subsequent to this Judgment o'r such part of it as
is necessa~y to pay ~t1~e bid in full.
6. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are suffi-

cient, by paying: first, all of.Plaintiffs' costs; second,
documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; and third, the
.
total sum due to Crossclaimants and next the total sum due
Plaintiffs, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law
from this date to the,date of the sale; and'by retaining
; any amount remaining pending the further order of this Court:

7. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Defendants,
` SALVATORE MOLA, CAROLINA MOLA, his wife, and OTTAVIANO MARIO

i RATTI, and all persons claiming under or against them since
g the filing of this suit for foreclosure are foreclosed of all

~ estate or claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale
~

~ shall be let into possession of the property.

~ 8. The Receiver shall make his return to the Court

; upon the purchaser being let into possession or in the event
~
the Landlord is not p~id, it will be let into possession of

the property.

9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
