hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19~ 20, 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this ~Mortqage. Borrower and Lender agree that all .
references to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bonower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqaqe.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lend'er further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Futtue Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
