SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS, that the certain mortgage and indebted-
ness secured thereby executed by ' JAMES E. HATFIELD ,
dated, :November 12, 1971 , recorded in 0. R. Book 197 , Page 565 ,
of the public records of St, Lucie County, Florida, to
BEDFORD F. FOSTER Mortgagee, encumbering
the following descrlbed real property situate in St. Lucie County>
Florida to wit:
The South 85 feet of Lots 23 and 24, and the South 85
feet of the West 27.66 feet of Lot 25, Block "B",
WEST END ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AT the request of the mortgagor and in consideration of $10.00 and other
good and valuable con siderations, inuring to the undersigned, the undersigned
being the owner and holder of said mortgage does hereby subordinate the 11en
and operation and effect of the abovesaid mortgage, to the lien and operation
and effect of that certain mortgage and indebtedness secured thereby executed
by JAMES E. HATFIELD to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIA--
TION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, under the date of 2 12 79 , recorded in O. Z.
Book 303 , Page 1471 of tbe public recor s of St. Lucie County,
Flor da, securing the sum of $ 16,000.00 , together w th a 1 addltlonal
and future advances made thereunder, and encumbering the above-described~real
property; and the undersigned hereby subordinates its said mortgage to sa9d
mortgage of Citizens Federal as if the said mortgage of Citizens Federal had
been signed and recorded prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the
