In the event that my beloved daughter, LORRAINE
ANNE BIEL, shall predecease me, or in the event tha~ she
and I die at the saine time, or-as the result of the same
casualty, then in these events and only in these events,
I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
both real,~personal or mixed of whatsoever kirid and
nature, and of each and every description and character, .
including cash in bank, stocks, bonds, debentures ar~d other
securities and investments of whatsoever kind and description,
howsoever held and wheresoever the same may be situate or
located whereof I may die seized or possessed, or to which
I may in any way or inanner be interested at the time of my
_death, to my beloved grandson, RONALD RdBERT BIEL.
