a minor at the time of my death, then I give, devise and
bequeath the minor child's or children's porti~n of my
estate, both real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever
kind and nature, and of each and every description and
character. including cash in bank, stocks, bonds, d~entures
and other securities ar~d investments of whatsoever kind and
description, howsoever held and wheresoever the same raay
be situate or located whereof I may die seized or'possessed,
or to which I may in any way or manner be interested at the
time of my death, to the Little River Bank and Trust Company
of Miami, Flori.da, as Trustee and I direct that no bond or
undertaking shall be required of my Trustee in any Court,
place or jurisdiction for the faithful performance of its
duties, and it shall hold my estate and any income therefrom
in trust for said minor child or children for the following
uses and purposes:

mortgage, invest, reinvest, manage and control said ~rust .

~ ihe Trustee is further directed to provide for a satisfactory

~ grandchildren's selection in a profe~sion, trade or occupation

x within the financial limitations of this trust. Upon each
' o_ my great-grandchild's reaching majority, his or her portion
