beloved great-grandchild or-great-grandchildren at that time.
2. Neither the income nor the principal of any
trust estate created hereunder shall be alienable by any
beneficiary, either by assignment or by any other method
and the same shall not be subject to be taken by his or ,
her creditors by any process whatever, and all pa~ments to
or interest of any female beneficiary shall be free from the
control of any husband.
3. In the event any of my beloved great-grandchildren
shall die during the pendency of this trust, then and in that
event his portion shall vest in his surviving brothers and
sisters.
F IFTH
I do hereby make, nominate, constitute and appoint
my beloved daughter, LORRAIN~.' ANNE BIEL, the-sole Executrix
of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I hereby direct that
she shall serve as such Executrix without bond, and she shall
I not be required by any court to make any reports or returns
to-any court whatsoever, but that she shall be expressly
f excused therefrom; and I do hereby especially empower my said
