connected with the use and en~oyment of the land of the Grantees
and those likely situated for whatever purpose the land from ~
time to time lawfully may be used or enjoyed, to pass and repass
along the provided roadway or roadways more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the right-of-way for
Hatcher Street, as shown on the plat as recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 7, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, meander Westerly approximately 340
feet more or less along the South 30 feet of the
' W 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of ~

~ a similar easement lying and being ten feet on each
side of the following described center line:
From the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4

40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run West along
. the quarter section line ten feet to the point of
beginning; thence run North parallel with the East
line of the aforesaid SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the ~

of 147°36'S0" as measured from South to West run .
Northwesterly a distance of 36.28 feet; thence on an
angle of 133°53' as measured to the right run North-
westerly 129.60 feet; thence on an angle of 151°09'40"
as measured to the right run Southwesterly 44.81 feet;
thence on an angle of 12$°33'30" as measured to the

of 161°41'S0" as measured to the right run Southerly
101.96 feet to the South line of the aforesaid SE 1/4
