~ QUITCLAIM DEED ,
~NDIAN RIVER TELEVISION, INC., a Florida corporation, the quit-
claimors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
good and valuable conaiderations received from W'IWV~ INC., a Missis-
sippi corporation, hereby on the 30th day~of April, 1979~ quitclaim
to the quitclaimee, all of the interest of the quitclaimors in and
to the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida~ described as:
