PETITION FOR APPOINTMSNT OF
~ SUCCESSOR TRUSTBE
Petitioner, CARL N. SHEFFIELD, as beneficiary and
designated Successor Trustee, petitions this Court for his ~
appointment of Successor Trustee to O. G.-McWhorter as Trustee,
deceased, and states:
1. O. G. McWhorter aiea November 16, 1978, at Searcy,
Arkansas, and at the time Of his death was a resident of Martin
County, Florida. ~ -
2. At the time of his death O. G. McWhor.ter was Trustee
under a certain real estate trust agreement on the property
situate in St . Lucie County, Florida, aatea ~Iu

a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
E 3. Petitioner as beneficiary and designated Successor
~ Trustee deems it both necessary and expeditiaus that a Successor
~ Trustee be appointed to carry out the duties set forth in said

~ trust agreement in order that proper conveyance may be made by

~ said Successor Trustee in accordance with the instructions of the
~ beneficiaries of the trust as provided in said agreement.

~ 4. Attached hereto are written~consents of all of the

~ surviving beneficiaries of said trust consenting to the

~ appointment of Carl N. Sheffield, as Successor Trustee.
