2. Interest of Owners. Each of the Owners owns or
will own an undivided interest in the land as a tenant-in-common
with the other Owners, sub~ect, however, to the obligations
hereinafter stated. The extent of each Owner~s interest is
that set opposite his name in the execution of this instrument
in Section 21 hereof. •
3.~ Ooligations of Owners. The land is encumbered or f

will be encumbered by two mortgages in approximate total amount of

being paid by Owners for the land, Each Owner's interes.t in
