COMES NOW, ASTRID SVENSDAHL, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH a~d Petitions the Court for
an Order determining the heirs of the Decedent and authorizing the ~
sale of the real property and home which is held by the Estate and
alleges in support thereof: `

1. That ERNEST GEORGE SMITH did die on the 6th day of
April, 1978, and at the time of his death he was domiciled in
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
