that while it is lower than the appraisal, no real estate
commissionie~to bepaid to any person. A co~y of the Contract
For Sale And Purchase entered into between Petitioner and Buyer
marked as EXHIBIT A, is attached hereto, incorporated herein,
and made a part hereof. ~
6. If Petitioner listed said real property with a
Real Estate Broker, Petitioner would have to pay a commission
of six percent (6$) and so while a higher price might be real-
ized by listing said property with a Real Estate Broker, the
advantage of a higher price would be diminished.by the fact . '
that a real estate commission would have,to be paid, and the
proposed sale is ih the best interest of the Estate.
; 7. That a description of said real property and of
the personal property to be sold to the buyers is set forth
` in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto. ~

~ and that all of such heirs have Assigned and Conveyed their ~
