verified Petition, and finding: ~
1. That ERNEST GEORGE SMITH died intestate on April 5,
1978. .
2. That the heirs at law of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH, Deceased; >
who are entitled to share in the Estate of said Decedent ~re: ASTRID
SVENSDAHL, GEORGE JOHN MAYER, JR., and ELIZABETH HEARD.
3. That GEORGE JOHN MAYER, JR., and ELIZABETH HEARD have
