interyene in this case and the Court having found tha t all parties
were properly put on notice and having heard arguments presented
and consi.dered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that
the movant Departznent of Health and Rehabilitative Services has
an interest in this cause, to-wit, child support money and enforce-
ment thereof, it is .
