THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 17th day
of April, 1979, upon the Motion for Enforcement previously filed
herein by ttie Petitioner, and the Petitioner being present in.open

Court in person and represented by counsel, and the Respondent
~having appeared in person in open Court and not having been
represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of Che testimony ~
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, the Court
finds: That the arrearage of $4588.00 previously ordered by this
; Court to be paid in an Order on Rule to Show Cause and Order of

= Contempt dated August 9, 1978, is still due and owing to the Petitioner
i from the Respondent; it is therefore

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner, DEPARTMENT OF r
