THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Defendant's,
THE GAMBLE BROTHERS DIVISION Of The CELOTEY CORPOR.ATION, Motion
~to Dismiss, and the Court having consider~d argument of counsel,
upon consideration, it is thereupon
ORDERED that the said Motion to Dismiss, filed by the
Defendant; is hereby granted as to Counts II and III_of the Plain-
tiff's Complaint and denied as to Count I and further, that the
Defehdant's Motion to Strike is hereby.granted to the extent that
the Plaintiff shall state its requests for an attorney's fee in
! a separate Count, stating the statutory authority relied upon for
same; and further that the Plaintiff has twenty (20) days from date
~ in which to file an Amended Complaint.
