FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lst day of May, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
, 1. The marriage between JAMES RICHARD SOOP and
~ MARIAN E. SOOP be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
{
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~
~ obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of JIMMY SOOP and RIMBERLY SOOP, minor

~ children of the parties, is hereby awarded to JAMES RICHARD SOOP

~ with liberal and reasonable visitation rights reserved to MARIAN
~
~
~ E. SOOP.

€ 3. The Husband, JAMES RICHARD SOOP, and the two

minor children above named shall have the exclusive use and

; possession of the marital home iocated on the following described
