toqether with the furniture and furnishings now located therein
during the minority of each of the minor children, and so long
as the custody of the minor children remains with the Husband.
At the termination of the Husband's custody or termination of
the minority of both children, whichever first occurs, the above
described property shall be sold and the net proceeds divided
equally between the parties hereto. During the time the Husband
resides in the marital home on the property above described, he
shall be responsible for and pay all mortgaqe payments, taxes,
insurance premiums and maintenance expense of the home when the
same become due and before they become delinquent.
4. The Court determines the sum of $350 to be
reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and

the Husband, JAMES RICHARD SOOP, is ordered to pay Ben L. Bryan,
~ Jr., Esquire, said sum and any costs incurred dn behalf of the

~ Wife.

~ ~ 5. The Wife is entitled to the ownership and pos-
~
~
~ session of the 1976 Oldsmobile 98 automobile and the Husband
~ shall execute any document or paper necessary to effect the
~
~ transfer of title thereto to the Wife. The Husband shall pay
~
~
~ off the outstanding lien on said Oldsmobile either in a lump sum
~ or in monthly installments and shall save the Wife harmless
~ therefrom.
