FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the lst day of May, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between .
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon • '
ORDEREB AND ADJtTDGED- as follows :
1. The marriage between LOUIS JONES and MARGARET JONES be •
and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them ~
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of CffitIS JONES, minor child of the parties, is ~
~ ~hereby awarded to MARGARET JONES with reasonable visitation rights

reserved to LOUIS JONES.

~ 3. Commencing the 15th day of May, 1979 LOUIS JONES shall

~ pay to MARGARET .70NES the sum of $150 each and every month for the
~ support of the minor child named above.

t Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

~ by him remitted promptly to MARGARET JONES. In addition there is

~ hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to

j money order or cashier's check.~ Both of the parties are ordered to ~
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
