The property settlement agreement dictated into the ~y ~ record is hereby incorporated rerein by reference and the parties ~ ` - are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. j_ ~ ~ 5. The Ausband is responsible for and shall pay the out- t. q standing marital bills of the parties hereto up to the time of their ~ • ~ . ~ separation and shall save the Wife harmless therefrom. ~ 6. The Husband shall execute the appropriate documents ~ necessary to transfer the title to~the Nova Chevrolet automobile to j. ; ~ F the Wife subject to any outstanding indebtedness. The Wife shall , # execute any documents necessary to transfer to the Husband the `r title to the Toyota automobile -subject to any outstanding indebted-- ~ • , ness•against it. , € 7. The Wife shall deliver to the Husband the silver service which was a wedding gift from the parents of the Husband. ' ' 8. Commencing May 15, 1979 LOUIS JONES shall pay to MARGARET JONES the sum of $100 each and every month for a period of five full months as rehabilitative alimony. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MARGARET JONES. In addition there is ~ t hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to ! each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, € i money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to I ~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ~ F . . ; addresses at all times while this order is in effect. i ~ . ~ i 9. The Husband shall•be responsible for and pay all medical, ~ ~ _ ~ ~ hospital, doctor, dental, optical and orthoc7ontist bills incurred for # ~ - ~ the benefit of the minor child, CHI2IS JONES.
