LUCIE C0~[))NTY, FLORIDA • CASE NO. 79-205-FR ~ IN RE: The Marriage Of ~ KENNETFi ZELSDORF, Husband and DELLA ZELSDORF, Wife ' ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Triis cause came on for,trial the lst day of May, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines.: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subjec~ matter of this suit; that the relation of liusband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the ~ - parties is irretrievably broken and should.be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. The marriage between KENNETH ZELSDORF and DELLA ZELSDORF ~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and~the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of martimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. j 2. Custody of I~NNETH ERIC ZELSDORF, minor child-of the ~ f ' ~ parties, is hereby awarded to DELLA ZELSDORF with reasonable vis~- ' tation rights reserved to KENNETH ZELSDORF. i ~ s ~ In the event the Wife removes herself and the minor ~ child without the State of Florida the Husband shall have the right ~ to have the minor child visit and be with him for one month during ~ ~ the summer vacation period after the child reaches school age. In € - ~ the event the Husband is able to get to the area or town where the ~ . ~ ~ Wife resides outside of the State of Florida the Wife shall na~ ~ ' unreasonably withhold visitation rights of the-Iiusband at that time. . ~ r : 3. Commencing the 4th day of May, 1979 KENNETH ZELSDORF ~ shall pay to DELLA ZELSDORF the sum of $30 each and every week for = the support of the minor child above named. ~ ; F ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~ . ~ and by him remitted promptly to DELLA ZELSDORF.
