is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added '
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. The Wife, DELLA ZELSDORF, and the minor child shall~have
the exclusive use and possession of the marital home located at
• 948 Tangelo Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida until she removes ~erself
therefrom or until the minor child reaches 18 years of age or other-
wise becomes emancipated. In the event the Wife removes herself and
the minor child fran the marital dwelling the Husban~ shall have the
right to possession of the marital dwelling until the same is sold. .
The Husband shall be responsible for the payment of the monthly
mortgage installment payments on the marital dwelling located at ~
938 Tangelo Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida and,_upon the sale of the
said property, the Husband shall first be entitled to reimbursement
~
~ for one-half of all mortgage payments made by him and thereafter the
net proceeds shall be divided equally between the parties hereto.
- 5. The Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes of the law firm
~
~ of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of $200 to apply on the Wife's
~
; attorney's fees within sixty days from the date of this Judgment
t , -
~ together with costs incurred in the amount of $56.50. .
~ .
~ 6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
~
~ retained ~or the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
