SORENSEN; Wife • FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISSOLUTIbN OF MARRIAGE - This cause came on for trial the lst day of May, 1979, and - ~ ~ the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~ _and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ' = subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is~irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED ArID ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. The marriage between DAVID H. SORENSEN and PATRICIA F. SCRENSEN be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and ' each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations,arising therefrom. ; 2. Custody of JOSHUA SORENSEN, minor child of the parties, ~ is hereby awarded to PATRICIA F. SORENSEN with reasonable visitation - i i " ~ rights reserved to DAVID H. SORENSEN. 5 3. Coaunencing the 4th day of May, 1979 DAVID H. SORENSEN ~ ~ ~ shall pay to PATRICIA F. SORENSEN the sum of $40 each and every-week ~ ; for the support of the minor child named above. ~ ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Caurt ~ E R ~ and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA F. SORENSEN. In addition ~ ~ ~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be ~ added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made ' in cash, money order or cashier's check.
