4. The Husband ahall be responsible for and pay the

medical, hospital, doctor, dental and optical bills of the minor
child above named. Unless an emergency arises any major expense
for medical, hospital, dQctor, dental and optical bills for the
minor child shall be concurred in by the parties or by order of
this Court.
- 5. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay the
mortgage-~ayments on the property owned by the parties located at
7022 S. W. 20th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida and the repair bills .
when the same become due and before they become delinquent. At the
time the property is sQld one-half of the mortgage payments and all
- of the repair bills may be repaid to the Husband and the remaining
net proceeds shall be divided equally between the parties hereto.
The Husband shall have the right to rent the house until the same is
sold and all rental monies received therefor shall be divided equally
between the parties''hereto.
6. Commencing the 4th day of May, 1979, DAVID H. SORENSEN
shall pay to PATRICIA F. SORENSEN the sum of $25 each and every week _
for a period of six full months as rehabilitative alimony.

i Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

~ and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA F. SORENSEN. In addition
~ there is hereby assessed t~e sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be

€ added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made

~ in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
~ ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
~ residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

~ 7. The personal property owned by the par"ties shall be

divided equally between them with the exception of the silverware.
~ The ownership and possession of the silverware shall be at the direc-
