does-hereby accept said conveyance accordinq to the conditions set forth .
in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowledges that this
conveyance is subject to the provisions of that certain Declaration of
Party t~•alls, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements and Protectfve Covenant
as recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 1724 throuqh 1799, all
in the Public Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken
thereunder. The undersigned understands that each and every provision
of the aforegoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of
parcels of property described therein and does further hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and aqrees to be bound by
all of the said provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that all of said
ti provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable. The undersigned further
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration and the Purchase Aqreement
executed by the under'siqned, ~ontain all of the warranties, representa-
tions and incA~cemen~s concerning the purchase by the undersigned of the
above-described real property.
