upon the Motion of Garnishee (County of Palm Beach) to dismiss the
action in Garnishment as it applied to them. 1'he Court, having heard
the arguments of counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises,
does hereby
ORDER AND ADJUDGE that the complaint filed against the
County of,Palm Beach as Garnishee is dismissed due to the fact that
