Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and
hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and ayrsements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1 ~
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19~ 20~ 22. and 23 of the maater form of mortgage

rsferences to the Property~ Borcower, Lender and Note contained in the above de~ibed master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hec~eby incorporeted by referenoe into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrowei~ and Lender further covenant and agiree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqaqe, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promis~ory notes statinq that said
notes are securad hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednes4 secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanoed in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US S ~oNE _
