refersnc~s to the Property~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above de~cccibed maate~r form of
mortqage and incorporated by refe~ence hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower~ Lender .
and the Note defined herein. Botrower acknowledqes receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UIIIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agiree
as follows: •
21. Future Advanoes. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender'~ option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notea stating that said
notea are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness ~ecured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanved in accordance herewith to protect the ~ecurity of this Mortgage~ exceed
