claration and Exhibits and the Articles of incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration ;
of Covenants and Restricti~ns of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchasec :
further acknowledges receipt of .~nd reading ~nd examination of s~id l~eclaration, its ~
~xhibits, and hudget, sa].es brochure ar1d floor plan, and ack~owledges that each 1nd
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the succe~sful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominit~m properky and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein.. Purchaser and all owners oE parcels in the afaredescrihed~
Condominium covenant and ~gree to abide hy ~ach ~nd every provision of saId Declar- -
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purch:~ser liereby r.~tifies and
confirms and approves all of th~ terms and provtsions of said Declaration aF Cond~- ~
minium and Exhibits att:+ched thereto, and agrees that the as~essment ±inder the
Property Owner's Association documents referred t~ above ~nd the provtsirn~s thereoE
~re reasonable, falr and equitab.le, and 4~i~1 Purchaser acknawled~es and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrtctions of the Property Ormer's Association
has encambered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed~to
Purchaser, as security for his abligations ur~der the sald neclaration_of Coven~nts
and Restricitons oE the Pr~perty Owners' Association and said Purch:~ser assumes the
oblig~ttions as to the Property Owner's Asseri~tion as to his c~nd~minlum parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all ~~rarranties, represenCations~anci inducemc~nts. if ~n~~. are
as contained in the ~tforesaid Declaration of Cnndominium ~ncl Exhihits attached there- ~
t~, and the cortunon expenses ahd the sums due ~mder the Pr~perty Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. _No w~arranty or guaranty is made or intended ~
nor may one be retied except where the same is srecifically warranted or guara~teed ~
in said Declaration of CondominLum and the Exliibits attached tl~ereto.
