KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: -

WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND IIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Mortgagor, by ~
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 15th day of August, A.D., 1978,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida~ in Officisl Records Book 292,,
Page 1643, mortgaged unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICA60, national:'
association and assigns, Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payme~t of the sum oP THREE MILLION FIFTY
THOUSAND and NO/100s ($3,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein
mentioned; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commer~ial Code Financing ;
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book
292 at Page 1658, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~

WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing }
Statement filed on September 8, 1978,~ with the Secretary of State, State ~
of Florida, under File No. 929816; and ,

WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISIAND I.IMITED PARTNERSHIP has '
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: ~
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said THE FIRST NATIONAI BANK
OF CHICAGO as well in consideration of the premises as.of the sum of TEN
and NO/100s ($10.00) DOLLARS, to it paid by the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto
the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP it heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises ~
conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit: - i
Condominium Unit 5425 of GOLF VILLAS,
a Condominium, according to the _
