Purchaser, by aceeptance and exc~cution of this Receipt, acknowledges

is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is loc~ted and Exhibits attached tliereto. incltiding but not
limited to (whether the same are attaci~ed to the.Declaration of referred to ~ !
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles oE Incorporation, the Rules ~nd ~
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brocl~ure and floor ~
plan of apartmenC purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De- i
claration and Exhibits and the Articles oE Incorporation, By-Laws aitd Declaration ?
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Proper6y Owner's Associatio~; and Purchaser ~
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of s~id Ueclaratio~, its ~
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each ~nd
every provision of tl~e foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage- .
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in ttie aforedescrihed
Condominiiim covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said 1)ecl~r-
atfon of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies .~nd
confirms and approves all of the terms ~nd provisions of satcl Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under tl~e
Property Owner's Associatioq documents referred to above ancl tl~e provisions thereof
• are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purcliaser acknowledges and confirms ~
that the pec,~aration of Covenants and Restrictfons oE the Property Oti.~ner's Association
has•encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his abligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Praperty Owners' Acsociation and said Purchaser assumc~ the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium ~arcPl.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements. £f ~n}•,.are {
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the ProE~erty Owner's Associati~n
<~nd ottier charges are estimated only. No ~.*arranty ar guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Ext~ibits attached t{~ereto. ~ ?
