' ~ 1 RECEIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMF.NT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER : Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges ~ that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND ; is sub~ect in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiur~ as to the condominium ~ in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereta, including but not limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to ~ .f therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and ~ Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,~copy of sales brochure and floor ~ plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De- claration and Exhibits and the Articles oE Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; a~d Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and ; every pr.ovision of t}ie foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage- ~ ment of the Condominium property and is in the best~interests and for the benefit of ; all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~ Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each a~d every provision of said Declar- ~ ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~ confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Aeclaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under t1~e ~ Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof ~ are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms ; that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lied upon~the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Leclaration of Covenants and Restricitons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are ; ~ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attact~ed there- } to, and the common expenses and the sums d~ie under the Property Owner's Association- ~ and other charges are estimated only.
